Shipping Policy
We put all effort to process and deliver customer's order, in the quickest and safest way possible. Shipping fee is free for all orders above Rs 500/-. For lower amount order, we charge Rs 79/- as shipping fee.
Our timelines and process are:

Order Processing
- After receiving an order, we verify if the order/customer/delivery information provided by the customer is complete. If any important order related info is missing, we contact the customer to get the required info.
- After order verification, within 24-48 hours, we pack and dispatch the shipment via a logistics partner. There could be a 1-2 days delay, due to non-working day (Sunday) or govt declared holiday.
- If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform the customer via email/call/message.

Delivery Time
- A tentative date of delivery shall be provided to the customers in the order confirmation email/sms/WhatsApp. Actual delivery time of shipped goods may vary based on distance of destination from our shipping warehouse and accessibility of the destination.
- The delivery time varies from city to city. Typically it takes 3-5 days for all metros & Tier 1 cities. Tier 2 & 3 cities may take 5 to 7 days. Some cities in North East India and J&K etc. may take a minimum 7 to 10 days.
- There could be delivery delays due to unforeseen events such as unavailability of recipient, administrative & political instability in your region, extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, destination custom clearance process, etc. These delays are not warranted under the provisions of the shipping policy.
- Delivery Process

- Shipped products will be delivered by our logistics partners between 10 am to 6 pm on a working day. Any delay, deficiency, etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the logistics partner. QARTEL team will coordinate with the logistics partner to resolve the deficiency.
- Customer or an assigned customer representative must be present in the mentioned address to accept shipment delivery. A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made by delivery executives. Alternatively, customers can contact the logistics partner and collect her order from the logistics partner’s registered local office for no extra charge.
- The customer must never give any OTP to the Delivery Executive, without receiving the shipment package. This is to ensure that Delivery Executive doesn't attempt fake/no delivery.
