Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

  • A customer can request QARTEL for her/his order cancellation, until the order is not dispatched from our end. Once dispatched, the order cancellation is not allowed.
  • Customer should contact us through our email (heyqartel@gmail.com) to initiate the cancellation process
  • If the order is prepaid and accepted for cancellation by QARTEL, customer can choose the get the refund in 2 ways:
    • refund to customer's original payment method account after deduction of 49/- as payment gateway processing fees
    • or get store credit of full order value without any deduction 

Order Return

  • All our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch to the customer. Still, if the customer receives a wrong or defective product, QARTEL team will arrange for a new product replacement at no cost to the customer.
  • For any wrong or damaged product concerns, an unboxing video is required and will be considered as the only valid proof for a replacement. 
  • Customer should contact us through our email (heyqartel@gmail.com) to initiate the order replacement process

Order Exchange

  • If the customer wishes to exchange the received product (without a defective or wrong order), QARTEL allows for the exchange, subject to stock availability
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, through email to heyqartel@gmail.com
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with original tags attached
  • Exchange shipping is charged at ₹120
  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected before approval for exchange. You will be notified of the exchange status after the inspection process.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed
